How you request a Nexus Fit AI refund depends on where you purchased: iPhone purchases through Apple, Google Play purchases through Google, and website orders under the terms shown at checkout.
Apple and Google decide refunds under their respective store policies. Website orders follow the payment terms shown at checkout.
For iPhone purchases, request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases, use Google Play. For website purchases, email nexusfitai@gmail.com with your order date.
The payment provider decides eligibility and how long the refund takes to reach your original payment method.
Store purchases follow the relevant store policy; Nexus Fit AI cannot guarantee Apple or Google refunds on their behalf.
Cancel renewal in the Apple or Google subscription settings of the account used to purchase. Manage website subscriptions through the payment method used at checkout. Cancellation is not a refund request.
