Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You must not use the app for unlawful purposes, impersonation, security attacks, automated scraping, or bypassing subscription limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All software, logos, trained models and training datasets of NexusFit AI are the exclusive property of the seller NexusFit AI - Owner: Ali Mohammad. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app within the limits of your plan. Reverse engineering, reselling outputs as competing AI models, or using coach outputs to train other models is strictly prohibited.
The AI coach and voice assistant provide automated training and nutrition recommendations based on data-analysis algorithms. You are responsible for (a) lawful prompts, (b) verifying accuracy before acting on any output, (c) holding rights to any content you submit (food photos, health data). It is forbidden to use the app to generate illegal content, defamation, hate speech, malware, or deepfakes of real people.
NexusFit AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All training and nutrition recommendations are for general educational purposes only and do not replace consultation with a licensed physician or dietitian. Stop training immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms, and consult a professional before starting any new program — especially if you have chronic conditions, are pregnant, or are under 18 years old.
NexusFit AI - Owner: Ali Mohammad acts as Data Controller. We collect: name, email, account data, the health/training/nutrition data you submit, and usage/device data. We use it to provide the service, improve models, ensure security and fraud prevention, and provide support. Recipients: infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics), Paddle for payments, authorities when legally required. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and object at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for fraud, death or personal injury is not excluded where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
You can delete your account and all data at any time inside the app: Profile → Danger zone → "Delete account". This permanently removes your profile, training/meal/weight logs, and active subscriptions. The action cannot be undone. For refund requests, see /refund before deleting.
When purchased through the App Store or Google Play, billing, auto-renewal and cancellation are managed from your store account settings. Payments are charged to your Apple ID / Google Account. Auto-renewal can be turned off from store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
